Interop update

I've finished tweaking the interop meeting page for now:

I still have to do a close reading of the notes from the sessions to extract
every possible action and resolution and will try to get that uploaded to
the list by end of next week.

I realise that discussions have continued after the sessions (Ray & Kevin in
corner huddles with various others :) ). If these have led to potential
changes to our resolutions or actions, please post these potential changes
to the list asap. Ditto for issues that are raised (like the ADQL/XQuery I
posted last night).

I've summarised it all into a presentation (ppt) which I'll make to the
final plenary: you can get that from the plenary wiki page:
