Question: harvesting managed vs. all resource records

Hi all,

Thanks to those of you have responded to this question thus far.  To date, 
I have not heard any objections to using a standard set ("ivo_managed") to 
return only managed records through the OAI interface.  The discussion, 
however, is not closed.  If you have a contrary view, please post it to 
this list or to the twiki discussion page 
(http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/HarvestAll).  

We're not done, yet.  ;-)  I'll post question #2 next.
