proposed revisions to VOResource

Next week during our Wed. morning session of the RWG, I will be presenting 
a proposal to revise the VOResource XML Schema and its related extension 
schemas a fundemental way.  A very brief summary of this proposal can be

More importantly, this page contains links to revised schemas and a set of 
seven examples that illustrate their use.  

I will add this to the reading list shortly.
