RM v1.0: last call

This is a last call for comments on the RM v1.0 specification. Bob Hanisch
and others have responded to all the comments made to date on the wiki:

If you have made a comment, please check that you are happy with the
response. If you have not yet read the document at
  http://www.ivoa.net/Documents/PR/ResMetadata/PR-RM-20040126.html
then please do so and make any comments on the wiki page above.

Anyone who is either not happy with the response to their comments or wishes
to raise points of discussion, please do so on the IVOA Registry WG mailing
list: registry at ivoa.net, archived at http://ivoa.net/forum/registry/.

I will close this last call and submit the RM v1.0 doc to the IVOA Exec for
ratification as a RECommended standard on 14th March unless any matters of
significance are still outstanding by that date.
