This is just to let you know that in the DAL group we concluded that for the 
SSA protocol the recommended MIME type for VOTable query results is

"application/x-votable+xml"

It might be worthwhile to use it consistently when SIA, SSA etc. will be 
integrated in ADQL V1.0.
