Use http://nvo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/VO/schemas/vomdoc-v0.9/VOResource-v0.9.html
instead. Similar documents for the other metadata schemas are accessable
via
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IVOARegWp03#VOResource_a_Resource_Metadata_S

These documents are meant to be a kind of metadata dictionary for humans.
If you have suggestions/criticisms on content or format that would make it
more useful, I would love to hear them.

Elizabeth got your specific question. For other possible questions, I
just posted a Note I got started on before the holidays but couldn't
finish once things started heating up. It's meant to be a tutorial on the
metadata schemas. You can access my draft at:

   http://nvo.ncsa.uiuc.edu/VO/schemas/vomdoc-v0.9/Note-RMSchemas.html

It's still fairly incomplete, but perhaps it is helpful as I continue to
hack on it.

cheers,
Ray
