Question about registry resources

Hi Gretchen,

Yes, all types of resource should eventually go in the registry. Given that
it took us 9 months to agree on the schema for data-related entities, don't
hold your breath :)

We do need to start thinking about what next the workgroup does. I'll poll
for ideas...
