VO Registry at STScI UnAvailable until Thursday

Hi All,

The STScI VORegistry is undergoing server OS upgrade today and possibly
tomorrow as well.  I expect the VORegistry to be fully functional by
Thursday.  If you try to connect you may notice connection problems over
this period of time.
