VO Registry Help page available

As part of the NVO project, we at NCSA have been evaluating and prototyping 
publishing registries and tools for setting up, implementing, and validating 
publishing registries, especially Open Archives Initiative (OAI) Compliant 
registries.

We have gathered some of these resources together on a Web page to make it 
easier to find useful tools for creating publishing registries.  You can find
