registry 0.9 (coming soon)

Hi all,

Just a quick heads up:  While preparing VOResource v0.9 (which was
supposed to be some a simple version number change), I found some minor,
typo-level mistakes (e.g. Date should be of type xs:date rather than
string, some elements should have had maxOccurs="unbounded").  Today, I 
will be doing some last checking to make sure I've caught all those things 
before I post the official WD versions.
