who is actively developing with VOResource?

Very briefly, the AstroGrid Datacenter is expecting to provide and 
handle limited parts of it.  There are things it doesn't include that we 
need to be able to handle, but I haven't worked out in detail what that 
is.  Will probably surface internally end of December, and publish here 
soonish afterish.
