RWP03: XML Resource Metadata

WP3ers,

In response to one of our early action items, I have posted to the WP03
page (http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IVOARegWp03) under the
Specifications section a version 0.1 XML Schema for Resource Metadata.  
To help folks interpret the schema documents, I prepared an overview
document
(http://www.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/IVOARegWp03/MDinXML-Summary.html) that
includes some helpful XMLSpy diagrams.  I would appreciate any and all
comments.

Note that this specification need not be the only one we have on the block 
for discussion.  If there are other schemas you would like us to discuss, 
please post them as well.
