[Media] Media Group task list updated on Trello -- Needs review and assignees

Just to note, Marco tried adding a card as a non-member, but he was unable
to. Looks like only people on the IVOA Media Group team can add cards...
For now, requests should still go to media at ivoa.net. (thanks for
testing!).  The boards were also invisible as a non-team member;  The
boards are now made Public, so anyone can view the tasks.
