[Media] VO handouts -- what tools/services to highlight? Draft for **Dec 19**

Hi Jamie,

The handout is looking good! For the image layouts, perhaps VOSA can 
move to the right, to fill in the gap in the bottom right, and Topcat 
can move more to the bottom centre?

Also the URL ivoa.net/applications doesn't work, is the idea to create 
this as a short cut to http://www.ivoa.net/astronomers/applications.html 
? If not you'll have to put ivoa.net/astronomers/applications
