[kdd] KDIG session at the 2021 Fall InterOp and communication

Hello

I have noticed that several of you trying to subscribe to the kdd mailing
list are being bounced back.
I am not sure what's going on but I'll investigate and will keep a list of
those who have attempted to
subscribe.
