[kdd] KDIG session at the 2021 Fall InterOp and communication

Dear All

The KDIG was assigned a 60' session at the upcoming Fall InterOperability
meeting. The session
will be tentatively held on Wednesday November 3rd at 22:00 UTC. Please
register for the meeting
and plan to attend the session.

I'll shortly send a separate email with IVOA-wide circulation to solicit
short, sales pitch-like contributions
regarding topics that are thought to be of interest for the KDIG session,
but I am planning to keep at least
30 minutes open for discussion.

In the meantime, in order to facilitate communication, make sure that you
are a member of the
KDIG IVOA mailing list. If not, please go to this webpage
<http://mail.ivoa.net/mailman/listinfo/kdd> and request that your email is
added.

The KDIG has also a channel (#kdd) on the IVOA Slack workspace
<https://ivoa.slack.com/>. I think it would be a good idea to
use Slack as a venue for informal communication, so I encourage all of you
to join us if you are already
in the workspace or send me an email to request an invitation.
