IVOA mail - service restored

Dear all,

the IVOA mail service is now up and running again.

The main change is as follows:

GWS WG mailing list grid@ has now been ported to
the new name of the working group:
Distributed Standards & Services WG -> dsp at ivoa.net

Please, report any issue you might find,
