Call for contributions to Knowledge Discovery and Grid & Web Services joint session at IVOA Interop (Malta, Nov 2024)

Dear IVOA community,

This is an invitation to submit contributions for the joint session 
organized by the Knowledge Discovery Interest Group and Grid & Web 
Services Working Group at the upcoming IVOA InterOp meeting in Malta, 
November 14-17, 2024.

We are particularly interested in contributions addressing topics and 
methods related to AI in astronomy, including but not limited to:

  * Best practices in applying AI to astronomical data
  * Requirements and challenges for AI-ready data and protocols
  * AI integration in science platforms
  * Novel AI applications in astronomical research

If you are interested to present a contribution, please send a title and 
abstract to Jesus (Jesus.Salgado at skao.int), Sara (sara.bertocco at 
inaf.it) and me (y.tao at nao.cas.cn).
