RFC for Vocabularies in the VO 2.0

Dear VO Community,

The Semantics WG cordially invites you to review the Proposed
Recommendation on Vocabularies in the VO 2.0.  The RFC period will
comprise the six weeks from 2021-03-22 through 2021-05-03.

The standard proposes formats and practices to manage hierarchical
word lists that need consensus within the VO.  These are already in
use in various standards from Apps, DAL, and Registry, which makes us
hope for a lively review.

Contributions are most appreciated on the RFC page,

the mailing list of the Semantics WG.
