RFC period for STC2 started

Dear Ivoa,

As you likely know, the STC2 model has been split in 3 components (Meas, Coords and Transforms).
Each one will lead to its own standard, but all are bound together at some point.

This is especially true for Meas and Coords; you cannot read one while ignoring the other.
This is why the 2 RFC periods have been both opened today for 6 weeks (21/10).
