Dear IVOA May 2018 Participants:

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Victoria later this month. To
assist in our planning with the local hotel we have a couple of requests:

                1.            For those of you attending the banquet,
could you please visit our Doodle Poll at
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7SHBTHF and choose an entree for yourself
and, if applicable for your guest.

                2.            Secondly, if you have any food sensitives
and have indicated them on your registration for, could you please
e-mail them to Helen.Tran at nrc-cnrc.gc.ca
<mailto:Helen.Tran at nrc-cnrc.gc.ca> .

Whether you are visiting Victoria for the first time or are a return
visitor, we are sure you’ll enjoy your time in our city. To help you
prepare, here’s a little overview from the New York Times:
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/12/travel/36-hours-in-victoria-british-columbia.html

If you have any questions please feel free to forward them to
Helen.Tran at nrc-cnrc.gc.ca <mailto:Helen.Tran at nrc-cnrc.gc.ca> .

We’ll see in a couple of weeks.
