IVOA InterOp Victoria --- Banquet and Travel info

Dear IVOA May 2018 Participants:

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Victoria later this month. To 
assist in our planning with the local hotel we have a couple of requests:

                1.            For those of you attending the banquet,
