[Semantics] UCD version 1.3 : new update of the UCD list

Dear Semantics followers,

A new version of the UCD terms,  has been uploaded to the IVOA document 
repository. Check
http://www.ivoa.net/documents/UCD1+/20170502/index.html

It contains a new paragraph about combination rules and new set of terms 
as required by various astronomical community members.
Recent terms are highlighted in yellow to allow you to easily spot the 
new defined terms.
Terms in green have been already discussed on the list but are not yet 
included in the standard.

Your comments will be very welcome.
The next step is the launching of the Semantic group review, but I 
prefer to inform you all as this may impact different IVOA working groups.
