It contains a new paragraph about combination rules and new set of
terms as required by various astronomical community members.</font><br>
<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">Recent terms are
highlighted in yellow to allow you to easily spot the new defined
terms. <br>
Terms in green have been already discussed on the list but are not
yet included in the standard. </font><br>

Your comments will be very welcome. <br>
The next step is the launching of the Semantic group review, but I
prefer to inform you all as this may impact different IVOA working
groups.<br>
