RFC for Spectral DM 2.0

Dear IVOA members,

The IVOA Data Model Working group announces the start of the Request For
Comments (RFC) period for describing the IVOA Spectral DM (SpectralDM -
Version 2.0). We would like to acknowledge here the hard work done by
Mark Cresitello-Dittmar on this specification.

The latest version of the document is available at:

The RFC period will run from  13 May 2014 - 13 June 2014. Please make
comments on the above RFC wiki page. 

Also, this spec will be presented during next interop DM1 session so
please take a look into it to provide feedback during the face to face
meeting.
