Hello,

Following the comments and questions it has been decided to start a new 
RFC period for 4 weeks.

It will start on Friday 20 December with an updated document.

We have updated the RFC page and the previous page has been pushed to an 
archive part of the page to avoid any confusion between the different 
periods.
