Special plenary sessions

Hi,

We're putting together the schedule for the InterOp and in addition to the call to Woking Group chairs and vice-chairs about how many sessions they want, we wanted to know if there are any special topics of broader IVOA interest and appeal that you might like to see a plenary session devoted to, for example, IAU 2012 - does the restructuring have any impact on IVOA interests? Are there any resolutions which might be pertinent to us?
