Dear Masatoshi,

its good to hear from the insider that all is relatively OK, the media in 
Czech Republic seem to be quite realistic, however some excesses are on 
the side of government (e.g. two army planes planned  to evacuate Czech 
Philharmony orchestra - many people finally did not use them).

I can understand this easily : In case of power shortage the Japanese 
toilets using the retractable spraying nozzles are not working and so the 
paper is the only solution ;-)
