Opening RFC for UCD-list V1.2

Dear all,

After a lively discussion in the UCD SciBoard, and a call for  
discussion within the WG (one month ago) I think that version 1.2 of  
the list of UCD-words can be promoted to PR, and a four-week RFC  
period can be opened.

The PR document can be found on the twiki page of the WG
http://www.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/IvoaSemantics

or (not before next monday, I suppose) on the IVOA Document repository.

The RFC page is open at:

and will be closed on Nov 3, 2006
