Personal particulars form

Dear Colleagues,

We have now uploaded a personal particulars form on the meeting web site,
could all those intending to come to the meeting fill it?  We need this
information for formal clearance of the meeting from the concerned
ministry, which is just a formality.


We are sure there must be several intending participants who are not quite
sure they will be able to attend.  It would help us greatly if these
people too fill in the registration and personal particulars form,
indicating in the space provided that they are only likely to come.  This
is a new feature which has just been introduced, following suggestions we
have received.
