Pune Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

There was a problem with using the registration form we put on the meeting
web site yesterday, but that has now been resolved.  Chenzhou Cui has
kindly tried out the form and has let us know that he was able to register
successfully.  We regret the inconvenience caused.  Would everyone
thinking of coming to the meeting register now please?
