VO or VObs

Hi all,

I agree with Peter and Dave. VO should be used internally for consistence
and in all our interactions with the astronomy community. Occasionally, we
have contacts with the Grid community, or write papers describing the VO on
IT journals. In such cases, VObs could be used (once properly defined in its
first usage - as Ray suggests) not to confuse the audience.
