VO or VObs

I think VO is fine; VObs is fine, also.  The main thing for our standard 
documents is that any abbreviation must be spelled out in its first 
usage--as is "Virtual Observatory (VO)".  There are few things more 
annoying to the conscientious outsider than undefined jargon.
