Scope?

An ivoa interop mailing list has been created a few weeks ago
(after discussion) basically for information about the interoperability
meetings - and I think that it makes sense to have a mailing
list for that. It may also be the good place to discuss general topics
such as the implementation of the IAU WG (if the discussion needs to be
extended beyond the IVOA exec, after of course a first round of
discussion by the IVOA exec).
The other lists are the proper forum to discuss the
different standards, and the announcement for interoperability 
meetings can also be sent to them.
