Dear TCG,

The Note, "Roadmap to IVOA ObsCore Extension and Discovery of High Energy Astrophysics Data” is ready for consideration as an Endorsed Note.

I am aware there is a procedure to have it officially posted for comments, but I thought I’d get it out informally today since it is ready and follow up next week with a proper posting.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the note; it’s a significant 74-page document.  This release aligns with Ian and my last day of work before retirement.  If you haven’t heard, we plan to remain on as collaborators at CfA and continue contributing to the IVOA to see this standard through.
