[Heig] UCD section Re: HEIG Obscore Note - Final prep for TCG this week!!

Dear all,
     I had a last check to the UCD section. I understand that most of 
the proposed terms (maybe all of them ?) would be ucd qualifying columns 
in the event-list or as either primary or secondary terms. They will not 
qualify columns in the ObsCore extension
     If this is correct this should be explained by a little sentence at 
the beginning.
     By the way I have a question : are all these columns supposed to be 
used in the o_ucd composition proposed elsewhere in the note ? That 
could be a lot. I have thought to an alternative solution but that is 
probably too lat to mention it for this version.
