Hi Bruno/All,

Here is the input I received in response to my query about the author list for the HEIG Note.  I did not get additional authors, but I did get confirmations from the folks on the current list.  Also, I haven't heard from Karl, but I thought you worked with him and could check in and provide his and your affiliations.

I checked a bunch of IVOA Standards and do not see any affiliations associated with the author list.  Folks seemed to have wanted it, so perhaps you (or someone in the group) can suggest how they can be included.
