[Heig] HEIG Action : Settle author list of HEIG Note

Hi Folks,

I’m following up on the actions from the Jan 21 HEIG meeting.  I’d like to help settle the author/editor list for the HEIG Note and gather approvals, additions, and email/project affiliations.

** Attached is a copy of the current HEIG Note.  Please send responses to the following questions to Bruno and me (emails on cc list above).

1) For those currently listed as authors/editors - 
    Authors:  I. Evans, M. Servillat, B. Khélifi, J. Evans, M. Louys, M. Kettenis, F. Bonnarel, L. Michel, C. Boisson, M. Cresitello-Dittmar, O. Ates, K. Kosack, and The IVOA High Energy Interest Group
   Editors: I. Evans, M Servillat, B. Khélifi, J. Evans

    ** Please email us your OK -or- let us know you DO NOT want to be an author &/or editor.  If OK, please also send your preferred email list and project/institution.

    My apologies, but I don’t have an email for O. Ates.  Can someone please forward this to them?

2) For those not listed as an author/editor - 

    ** Please let us know if you -or- someone you know should be added as author and/or editor, and provide your preferred email and project/institution.

!! Please let’s try to wrap this up by the end of this week (Feb 06).
