[Heig] HEIG update & meeting planning - response requested

Hi Janet, all
thanks. You did a lot of work so I am not sure I can understand all the
discussions that converged into your proposal. I like the idea of the
shared document spreadsheet because the fields are many and one can maybe
have a wider view. One suggestion. Would it be possible/plausible to
explicitly state if the ObsCore is 'required'? In the thoughts that I made
for the MAGIC project I took profit of seeing all them together, including
the 'non required' ones.
