[Heig] Prep for a HE IG meeting on Obscore

Hi Mark,

The HEIG group is planning a meeting to discuss Obscore for HE on **Feb 11 @14:00 UTC**.

If course we’re putting this at top priority to help bring this to conclusion with the Radio group.
We’re looking for the most recent Obscore documentation from the Radio IG.
We see this in GitHub:  https://github.com/ivoa-std/ObsCoreExtensionForRadioData
And we’ve downloaded the pdf.  It has a 2024-11-15 date on it.

You’re welcome to join the meeting. We’ve been in touch with Francois and picked a time that works for him.
You are welcome to invite Ricardo as well.  We have DM folks attending (Mark CD & Mathieu) who are key members of the
HEIG in any case.
