[Heig] HEIG Plenary at IVO meeting in Sydney??

Hi all,

I think we will have many members of the HE (not yet interest) group in 
Sydney. I will be there. We are probably enough to plan some kind of 
meeting : either hosted in a Data Model session (we discussed this with 
Mark CD), or as a splinter meeting announced early enough.

I am not against a plenary meeting in Sydney, though I don't really know 
what is involved, and if the impact would be the same as for a plenary 
in Malta. Some advertising would be necessary.

Also I find that I never sent the gitlab link to the note... will do it 
in a separate email,
