Pre-Interop GMS WD

Dear GWS members,

A new Working Draft of the Group Membership Service has been published:

The main technical aspects of group identification (section 3.2) and the
REST API (section 4) are mostly agreed upon now.  More comments about these
sections are still welcome of course.

Next is tackling User Identity, answering questions like: what types of
identities are supported and how are they described?  What is the scope of
identities from different authentication methods?  This work will affect
sections 4 and 5.2 in GMS, but will also likely lead to another small
standards document about User Identities.
