GWS : first SSO 2.0 Working Draft

Hello,

The update of the SSO document is now formalised through a first Working 
Draft (2.0).

Thanks to Giuliano Taffoni to lead this work.

The SSO slot (on Thursday) in Sesto will contain a presentation, a 
summarization of the comments and a discussion.

First comment: this work takes into account only the Authentication as 
decided in Banff, the work concerning the Authorization needs to mature 
a little and will be done separately
