Discussion slot for GWS II

Would it be possible to schedule a short discussion of data centre issues with "abusive" users during the GWS II session in Heidelberg?  We've had several recent instances of overzealous users crashing our services with what effectively amounted to unintended DoS attacks.  I know other Data Centres have encountered similar problems (VizieR for instance), and it would be good to get people together to discuss how these types of problems can be prevented or at least mitigated.  In particular it could be useful for data centre representatives and App developers to come up with possible "best practices" in terms of making client software include warnings when the user selects options that potentially can cause these problems.
