Job Execution Phase of UWS

Dear group,

reading the UWS Proposed Recommendation 2009-09-09 document [*] I see 
that there is a paragraph (2.1.3) specifying that the execution phases:

PENDING
QUEUED
EXECUTING
COMPLETED
ERROR
ABORTED

The following UWS schema (Appendix B and 
http://www.ivoa.net/xml/UWS/v1.0) enumerates these execution phases:

PENDING
QUEUED
EXECUTING
COMPLETED
ERROR
-> UNKNOWN
-> HELD
-> SUSPENDED
ABORTED

I don't see the execution phases highlighted above mentioned in the rest 
of the document, but just put in the XML doc. I don't understand the 
reason of this difference: am I missing something?
