Community "accounts" protocol

Hi,

in the third GWS-WG session, on Thursday, I will speak briefly about  
a RESTful protocol for logging in to the IVO. (It's the agenda item  
billed as "RESTful version of MyProxy"). It's something we use in  
AstroGrid as a firewall-friendly alternative to MyProxy. The protocol  
is written up at
