Hi,

I have just discovered that the SAML schema and Axis 1.1 are 
incompatible! The SAML schema uses choice groups which Axis 1.1 does 
not support for doc/literal services.
This means that if we want interoperability (Basic WS-I) and SAML, we 
need to be using Axis 1.2.
