new draft of CEA note

There is a new (internal) draft  of the CEA architecture note at 
http://www.astrogrid.org/maven/docs/snapshot/applications/design/CEADesignIVOANote.html

Note that Astrogrid does have working a implementation of this 
architecture 
(http://www.astrogrid.org/maven/docs/snapshot/applications/) and a 
scriptable workflow engine
(http://www.astrogrid.org/maven/docs/snapshot/jes/) for running complex 
jobs including calls to CEA compilant web services. I would be 
interested to discuss with anyone at ADASS 2004 whether this 
architecture meets their needs, and where extensions would be 
appropriate. This workflow capability will form a central part of the 
Jan 2005 AVO DEMO (http://www.euro-vo.org/twiki/bin/view/Avo/AvoDemo2005).
