MSO and multiple communities

I have uploaded a new version of the SSO introduction at

This now has a glossary at the end giving detailed definitions of account,
identity, community, warrant etc. The definitions take account of today's
email discussions but clearly won't match evrybody's private glossary
(otherwise there would have been no need for me to write them down).
