Next DM running meeting: Tuesday 5th May at 1pm UTC

All,

I'm unable to support this meeting today.  If Mathieu is able to cover,
then I encourage you to go ahead without me.
I was hoping to solidify our interop session plans.  At the moment we have:

   - Program Page
      <https://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/ProgramPrep2026A>:
         - ObsCore Plenary: Tue June 9, 14:00 - 15:30 << Interest Group led
         session
         - DM Session: Tue June 9, 16:00 - 17:30
         - DAL/DM Session: Thu June 11, 16:00 - 17:30

The DM Session has:
* VO-DML 1.1:  Candidate selection/confirmation
      - talked about last time, basically going through the candidates and
giving thumbs-up/down so the document can move forward.
* Then basically open discussion about integrating the ObsCore extension
content into the existing models.
      - solidify details like document migration (Note -> REC),
implementations (prototype migration, other?)

DAL/DM Session:
* was called by CSP, has to do with Spectra.
   I have a summary from Vandasa which I've not had a chance to review
(have been on leave).
